SOURDOUGH CLASSES IN OKC
More than just a recipe
Our sourdough classes are designed to be so much more than a recipe on a piece of paper. Whether you’re brand new to sourdough, bringing your kids along for a Mommy & Me, or just looking for a fun way to spend an afternoon, you’ll get to learn, mix, knead, shape, and EXPERIENCE sourdough with us in a relaxed, hands-on setting.
No previous experience is needed, just come ready to get your hands a little messy, learn something new, and have a lot of fun! You’ll leave with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to keep baking at home.
BEGINNER-FRIENDLY SOURDOUGH CLASSES
There’s a place at the table for everyone
Our classes are designed for curious beginners, sourdough lovers, Moms, kids, friends, couples, and anyone who wants to try something new. Some classes are customized specifically for littles and their parents, while others are for adults, date nights, girls’ night outs, or simply meeting new people in our community and building connections.
Whether you’ve never touched sourdough before or you’ve tried and still feel like you’re guessing, you’ll leave with confidence and the hands-on experience to keep making more.
HANDS-ON SOURDOUGH BAKING
A little learning, a bunch of creating, and a whole lot of fun!
Get Hands-On With Dough
Forget watching from the sidelines, you will mix, knead, and work with your very own starter and dough so you can learn what sourdough should feel like at every stage and can confidently recreate the process in your own kitchen.
Learn the Why Behind the Dough
We’ll talk through starter care, fermentation, hydration, kneading, shaping, proofing, baking, and the little things that make a big difference to making extraordinary bread, in an easy to understand step by step process - zero experience or knowledge required!
Make really good bread
These classes are designed for you to actually learn how to make sourdough. We share the exact process that we use in our kitchen every week to bake the sourdough we sell to our community.
A Relaxed Environment
Our classes are designed to feel inviting, creative, and fun - not just an instruction, but an immersive experience, tapping into all of the senses.
Make memories
Laugh alongside your best friend, meet another Mom who is excited to learn how to make homemade sourdough for her family too, schedule the sitter and book that long overdue date night with your spouse, see the excitement in your child’s eyes as they shape their very first loaf, or simply give yourself a couple of hours to do something just for YOU!

BEGINNER SOURDOUGH BAKING CLASSES
You don’t need any sourdough experience
Seriously. Whether you’ve never made bread before, or you’ve been attempting sourdough and can’t quite figure it out, you’ll be guided through the process step by step.
Classes are intentionally hands-on and interactive. Rather than simply watching me demonstrate a recipe, you’ll get to feel the dough, practice the techniques, and see what each stage should actually look and feel like.
You’ll leave the experience with something you made, something you can bake, and the confidence to keep going at home.
Oh yeah…and expect to have fun!
These classes are about more than making bread - they are about creating an experience around the table, learning something new, and making memories along the way.

Come spend a little spook-tacular time together learning the art of sourdough!
This event is planned for Moms by a Mom, focusing on having fun, being present, and making memories. Together, you’ll mix, learn, create, and laugh your way through the basics of sourdough in a fun, relaxed, kid-friendly environment.
I teach this class alongside my own 4-year-old, so I know firsthand how much fun it can be when little hands get involved! PS: You are allowed to make messes. This class is designed so kids can truly participate. not just watch. Costumes are welcome but completely optional (you want to make sure they can see clearly & don’t have drooping sleeves) Come make a little mess, learn something new, and try something unique this Halloween season.
